Hey there! We’re Seatti, a Munich and Berlin based Startup that wants to enable everyone to work from wherever the hell they want. We are building a SaaS tool to manage flex-offices and connect hybrid teams, focused heavily on integratability and AI-automation.

After acquiring first enterprise clients we just got pre-seed funding and are now looking for super motivated, entrepreneurial-minded team members. Remote is more than welcome !

Who exactly are you looking for?

We need someone with a PhD and 25 years work experience. Just kidding... but the following skills are important to have :

Typescript, Node.js, React.js

GraphQL / REST APIs, NoSQL Databases

Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, etc.)

Experience in DevOps, CI/CD, QA

Experience with Microsoft Integrations (Azure, Teams, AD etc.)

So what will I do all day?

As a lead full stack engineer working directly with our CTO, you’ll push technical projects that will make Seatti the european market leader in hybrid office & team management software in the next months:

Design & build core features for Seatti’s Web App

Continue building a secure and rapidly scaling cloud infrastructure

Integrate with Microsoft Products and beyond

Of course as one of the first team members of an early stage startup, your responsibilities will go beyond just coding. If you want, we’d love to involve you in our long term technical strategy development, hiring, management and whatever else you find interesting.

You will be working directly with Moritz, our CTO. Moritz is currently living in Berlin and is not only a great mentor but also an enthusiastic food advisor!

We don't want to have the typical employer to employee relationship you might now from past jobs. We see ourselves more like a group of motivated people working on a cool product and trying to make the daily lives of everyone a little bit better with what we do.

We operate as a fully remote team. So everyone is welcome to join. To combine the benefits of flexible remote work and in-person socializing (in the end that's what Seatti is all about), regular team outings are a given, whether it's in Berlin, Munich, or wherever else we all want to meet up.
