We are immediately seeking a highly skilled and experienced *Service Electrician* to join our dedicated team based in *Duluth, MN*. This is a *full-time* opportunity to apply your expertise across diverse projects, including *residential, commercial, and industrial* service and maintenance.

What You'll Be Doing
As a critical member of our service team, you will be the face of our company, responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining complex electrical systems within the Duluth area.
* *Expert Troubleshooting & Repair:* Apply exceptional problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve electrical issues across a full spectrum of systems, from *low-voltage to high-voltage*, in both commercial and residential settings.
* *Code Compliance:* Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in strict accordance with the *National Electrical Code (NEC)* and all local standards.
* *Blueprint Mastery:* Accurately read, interpret, and work from blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to execute installations and repairs.
* *Documentation & Client Communication:* Manage your time effectively to meet service schedules, thoroughly document work (including materials and future maintenance recommendations), and communicate professionally with clients to ensure *high satisfaction*.
* *Safety Leadership:* Consistently adhere to and promote best-in-class safety protocols and a safe working environment on every job site.

*Required Qualifications*
* *Licensure/Experience:* Candidates should possess either an *active Journeyman's license* OR have *equivalent professional experience* working as a Commercial or Industrial Electrician.
* *Technical Versatility:* Proficiency in working with both *high-voltage and low-voltage* electrical systems.
* *NEC Expertise:* In-depth, working knowledge of the *National Electrical Code (NEC)* and its practical application.
* *Tool Competency:* Ability to efficiently and safely use all necessary power and hand tools for the trade.
* *Personal Tools:* Current ownership of essential personal hand tools for general service work.
* *Core Competencies:* Strong demonstrated competence in reading blueprints, troubleshooting electrical issues, and accurately assembling electrical components.
