*Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez :*
Une offre de stage intitulée « Stage en Technical Competence Management (h/f) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de Airbus Operations sur son site de Saint Martin-du-Touch. Vous rejoindrez la Faculty dans le département « Flight & Integration Tests Centre Transverse Operations » en charge de la coordination et de l'exécution des processus transverses comme la gestion des ressources et des compétences.
Votre stage consistera à créer un parcours formant adaptée à chaque équipe du Centre des Essais (environ 70 équipes).
Ce stage, d'une durée de 6 mois, débutera idéalement en Janvier - Février 2026 (cette période est indicative et pourra être ajustée).
Vos principales missions consisteront à :
* Faire une analyse et un diagnostic des besoins de formation en interviewant des Managers, des Experts et des Membres d’équipe
* Créer un parcours formant par équipe en y intégrant les retours d’expérience et autres supports de transfert de connaissance
* Proposer des concepts et des design de solutions de formation modernes et adéquats que nous aurons à développer
* Créer des supports de communication adéquats pour rendre visibles les parcours formant selon les populations ciblées: pour des Managers, pour des membres d’équipe et pour les autres Centres de l’Engineering
* Supporter la faculté dans le développement d’outils supports aux managers
Votre tuteur ou tutrice vous accompagnera tout au long de votre stage, vous aidant à développer vos compétences et à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels.
Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes :
* Analyser et faire un diagnostic : comprendre les besoins en compétences d’une équipe, croiser les données et les entretiens
* Structurer un parcours adapté aux besoins des Managers et des équipes
* Gestion de Projet
* Communication et collaboration
Votre carte d’embarquement pour cette aventure :
Vous êtes actuellement en Master 2 Ressources Humaines ou Sciences de l'Éducation ou un domaine équivalent.
Vous possédez idéalement les compétences / connaissances suivantes :
* Compétences techniques : Analyse de données, Maîtrise des outils informatiques (suite Google & Appsheet), Ingénierie pédagogique
* Soft Skills : Autonomie, Capacité d’analyse (structure, synthèse,...), Relations interpersonnelles
* Langues : Anglais (Courant ou Avancé), Français (Courant ou Avancé)

Your mission :
An internship offer titled “Internship in Technical Competence Management (m/f)” has just opened within Airbus Operations at its Saint Martin-du-Touch site. You will join the Faculty in the "Flight & Integration Tests Centre Transverse Operations" department, which is responsible for the coordination and execution of transversal processes such as resource and competency management.
Your internship will consist of creating a tailored training path for each team in the Test Centre (around 70 teams).
This int
ernship, lasting 6 months, is ideally set to begin in January - February 2026 (this period is indicative and may be adjusted).
Your main missions will be to:
* Conduct an analysis and diagnosis of training needs by interviewing Managers, Experts, and Team Members.
* Create a training path for each team, integrating lessons learned and other knowledge transfer materials.
* Propose concepts and designs for modern and adequate training solutions that we will develop.
* Create appropriate communication materials to make the training paths visible to targeted populations: for Managers, for Team Members, and for the other Engineering Centres.
* Support the faculty in the development of support tools for managers.
Your tutor will support you throughout your internship, helping you develop your skills and achieve your professional goals.
This internship will specifically allow you to develop the following skills:
* Analysis and diagnosis: understanding a team's competency needs, cross-referencing data and interviews.
* Structuring a path tailored to the needs of Managers and teams.
* Project Management.
* Communication and collaboration.
Your boarding pass for this adventure:
You are currently in Master 2 in Human Resources or Educational Sciences or an equivalent field.
Ideally, you possess the following skills / knowledge:
* Technical Skills: Data Analysis, Proficiency in IT tools (Google suite & Appsheet), Instructional Design.
* Soft Skills: Autonomy, Analytical skills (structure, synthesis,...), Interpersonal relations.
* Languages: English (Fluent or Advanced), French (Fluent or Advanced).
