Lead Developer

Lead Developer (C++) Salary: Up to £55,000 | Hybrid/Remote

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands on Lead Developer to join a dynamic and innovative company. You will play a key role in leading a team of developers, working closely with game designers, artists, and QA to ensure the successful development and delivery of engaging slot games. 

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of developers across all aspects of game development. Assign and manage development resources, ensuring the right projects are assigned to the right developers. Collaborate with designers, artists, and project management to ensure high-quality, on-time deliveries. Participate in code reviews and support junior developers in improving coding standards. Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize performance, and maintain code stability. Stay hands-on as a developer, contributing to active projects. Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in slot game development. Strong proficiency in C++ and experience with game engines (Unity, Unreal, etc.). Prior experience in a lead or senior developer role. Knowledge of slot game mechanics and development principles. Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN, Bitbucket). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Passion for gaming and complex logic systems. Desirable Experience
Experience in the iGaming or gambling industry. Advanced degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or related field. Benefits
