What You'll DoService, repair, and improvement: With Tesla-specific software and advanced tools, you can perform repairs and maintenance on all types of Tesla vehicles Quality assurance: We trust that you will carefully inspect our vehicles before return and pre-delivery and work with the highest quality standardsCollaboration: You work across teams (local and regional), exchange ideas and share your experience to further improve the service experienceDevelopment: Prepare for success. Our dedicated internal training teams will train you in Tesla-specific technology and electric vehicle repair. What You'll BringTechnical experience: You have professional experience in performing vehicle service and repair work in the automotive, aviation, marine or similar industriesTechnical qualification: You have the appropriate certification to carry out vehicle repairs in Germany (training as a mechatronics technician)Responsibility: You will take a leading role in addressing health and safety concerns that arise during workCommunication skills: You speak and write German well and know how to convey your point of view clearly and respectfullyTeamwork skills and flexibility: You enjoy working closely with diverse people and can build and maintain good working relationships with all internal stakeholders. You are able to work shifts to support your team.
