Allianz Re is a division of Allianz SE within the H9 resort and is based in Munich, Singapore, Dublin, Petaluma, Bermuda and Zurich. Allianz Re mainly offers reinsurance protection, resolution management, and services for internal and external customers.

Within the Advisory & Services area (A&S), Allianz Re runs the Solutions & ESG team for development and implementation of (new) services as well business opportunities connected to reinsurance, CAT risk management and inhouse insurance management. An open office environment, non-bureaucratic behavior, and low hierarchies are setting the framework for a high-performing team, which strives for excellence and allows mistakes in parallel. "Leadership" will not be a phrase - and based on mutual trust and an open and honest two-way-communication with regular feedback all team members will be able to unfold their capabilities.

The implementation of projects in connection with service offerings is key, meaning the transformation of CAT risk management / inhouse insurance into business value for Allianz Group with additional focus on collaborations inside and outside of Allianz Group.
