Your missionWe are looking for you as Strategic Sales & Solutions Intern (Large Enterprise) (m/f/d) at our headquarters in Munich. As a Strategic Sales & Solutions Intern(m/f/d), you will be an all-rounder supporting our Large Enterprise Sales and Marketing teams. Working closely with the Large Enterprise Sales team, you’ll take a consultative approach to understanding client challenges, helping to design and communicate tailored strategies that win new logos and strengthen relationships with key accounts. You will support the team in the following exciting activities:Analysing customer requirements: Identifying business challenges and strategic priorities through research and stakeholder discussions.Development of customised solutions: Co-creating operational and technical concepts that address client needs and deliver measurable value.Supporting sales & marketing campaigns: Preparing enterprise-focused pitch decks, business cases, and thought-leadership materials to support consultative sales conversations.Documentation and referencing: Gathering information and creating detailed references and case studies to showcase successful projects.Market and competitor research: Providing strategic insights to support go-to-market approaches for Large Enterprise clients.Your skillsetYour skillsetAcademic background: You have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics or similar fields, or are currently studying.Relevant professional experience: Ideally, you already have initial internship experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, solution engineering or similar.Your skills: You can create compelling, strategically structured PowerPoint presentations and work confidently with sophisticated Excel models, such as business cases.Mindset: You are a self-starter who takes ownership, works independently, and brings a consultative, solution-oriented mindset to every task.Language skills: You enjoy communicating confidently in written and spoken German and English and have a healthy dose of humour.Your winning dealYour benefits: In addition to weekly Pizza and Snacks, we also offer you a job lunch allowance (€69 per month), discounts via "Corporate Benefits” and great team and company events.Your workplace: You will work in a flexible, hybrid model from one of our dog-friendly and modern offices.Your footprint: A position in a profitable company where you have the freedom and confidence to help shape it and work with us on the "future of work.”The values: We score highly with an open, authentic culture and a high-performing and humorous team that is already looking forward to making bold decisions with you and breaking new ground that will lead us to sustainable success.Your opportunity: From day one, you will have the opportunity to take on responsibility, work on strategic initiatives, and develop the company and yourself together with a team of experts.
