The role is full-time (36 hours) and permanent. We offer a hybrid working approach. This means you can work from home, or from one of our offices located in London, Swindon or Bristol. You will, however, need to meet regularly in-person with your team and attend other in-person meetings as necessary. These meetings are most likely to be in London and Swindon. Benefits

Oversee all CRM functions, building the charity's supporter management capability in order to provide a high level of service, excellent supporter experience, income growth and data capture across all key touch points. Champion the benefits of CRM to help optimise the charity's use of the CRM system to drive business growth, including fundraising income, from our supporter base, maximisation of member income through retention and acquisition, and improved supporter experience. Qualifications
Demonstrable evidence of having identified and delivered commercial growth through a CRM system. Experience in creating and presenting high-quality reports and documentation to inform and influence internal clients. Experience in campaign reporting and analytics methods, including developing new analytical tools and techniques to improve business reporting or to respond to external trends. Experience of audience segmentation and the value this brings to an organisation. Proven experience of leading teams in the area of data and analytics.
