Your mission is to lead the HR IS stream at FANUC Europe, transforming the HR organization into a data-driven business partner by managing an international program involving HR and ICT specialists to implement digital processes and reporting tools using SAP SuccessFactors and other sources, and becoming the key owner of HR data management processes and future developments.
- Responsible for HR Systems, understanding of the system workflows and architecture of our HR system (SAP SuccessFactors) and develop the HR IT roadmap together with the IT team.
- Express HR Business requirements to IT teams while showing a strategic understanding of Human Resources needs.
- Project Manager of new HR IT implementations across our European subsidiaries.
- Analyze data sets, deriving measures, and providing adjustment proposals for our People Strategy.
- Provide high-quality, accurate data for reliable business decisions and collaborating with other members of the HR team to enhance data quality within our HCM module in SuccessFactors.
- Define rules for data retention within HR systems and give guidance to local subsidiaries for data entry.
- Work closely with teams such as Payroll, Controlling and on various reporting and integration projects, aiming to create one HR data platform, e.g. monthly corporate Headcount reporting and budget exercises.
- Enhance the existing dashboard with additional KPIs and develop manager cockpits with business relevant HR metrics.
- Contribute to strategic compensation and benefits projects by providing and analyzing compensation data, packages, and benchmarks, e.g. salary benchmarks, bonus calculations/eligible headcount definition, etc.
- Manage stakeholders, handle various inquiries, and create ad-hoc HR reports if needed.
- Higher education in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economy, or related fields.
- Successfully applied project management and analytical skills in practice
- Dedicated ownership for projects, result-oriented way of working and ability to keep track of multiple tasks even in turbulent times.
- Strong analytical and abstraction skills, ability to understand system architecture and process flows, ability to detect trends through a large volume of data.
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors and all its modules (Core, Identify & Grow, Educate & Develop, Recruiting, Compensation).
- Experienced in working with reporting tools.
- Background within Human Resources, Data Management and Reporting and IT tools.
- Experience in managing international HR projects.
- Ability to manage projects and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of SAP cloud reporting tools, Microsoft PowerBI or Alteryx is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), knowledge German or French is considered an asset.
