*Pay:* starting at $50/hour and may increase based on skills/experience + lucretive bonus program!
*Office Hours:* Monday -Thursdays 8am- 5pm and Fridays 7am-2pm
*Sign on bonus:* $10,000 sign on bonus, paid after 60 days

* Ability to empathize and provide top-notch, positive, patient care while connecting with
our diverse patient base.
* A degree or certificate in hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license.
* CPR certification.
* Certification in local anesthesia administration.

Responsibilities:
As a *Dental Hygienist*, you will identify opportunities to discuss oral health hygiene of our patients as it relates to the mouth-body connection, including:
* Review and update dental x-rays and chart notes while maintaining dental equipment and x-ray machine.
* Record detailed narratives and probing depths for claims.
* Ensure OSHA/HIPAA compliance.
* Sterilize and maintain dental supplies.
* Successfully complete Scaling and Root Planning and/or Prophylaxis.
* Excel with placing fluoride varnish and sealants.
* Serve as a point of escalation for both patient and team relations.
* Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and the team.
Qualifications:
* Current RDH licensure in Wisconsin or receiving licensure in the next 3 months
* Active CPR Certification
* Demonstrates leadership and strong communication skills.
