Talent and Culture Senior Recruiter at Centella DETAILS ON THE ROLE
The Business Analyst will work with our technical and business teams to understand our business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. The Business will also work with our development team to ensure that our products are built to meet our business requirements.
Responsibilities
Research and analyze new technologies and recommend appropriate solutions.
Develop innovative, efficient, effective, and scalable solutions.
Develop and communicate technical requirements, including design, build and test plans.
Work with the project manager and business managers to develop project scope and timeline.
Create & provide detailed project requirements to third party developers then guide proper testing and implementation.
Develop, maintain, and document project plans.
Identify, quantify, and document business processes improvements.
Identify, analyze, and document user interface issues.
Identify, validate, and mitigate technology risks.
Analyze and interpret user requirements, user stories, use cases, and system architecture documents.
Create user documentation including process flows, roles and responsibilities and use cases.
Participate in design and testing activities, review code, and participate in system implementations.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, policies, and procedures.
Lead various internal team and cross-functional project check-in/stand-up meetings as required.
Train users on system processes and application.
Identify and resolve system-specific issues through research and analysis.
Communicate effectively with Executives and the organization to identify needs and propose solutions and strategies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, or a related field.
7+ cumulative years of software development experience or exposure.
2+ year work experience in a technical support role.
3+ years working with ERP Systems.
Advanced technical knowledge of Dynamics, NetSuite, or both.
Robust experience with MS Office, including intermediate Excel skills and working knowledge of Visio or other process visualization tools.
Understanding of business operations, purchasing, inventory management, planning and finance preferred.
Proven ability to research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex problems.
Strong data gathering and analysis skills.
Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail oriented.
