The Zone Team Leader (ZTL) provides guidance and direction for the successful operation of a particular zone of the retail sales floor. The ZTL oversees merchandising and customer service, ensuring an exceptional associate and customer experience. Responsibilities include merchandising, power aisle compliance, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, daily recovery, store standards, Ops Center compliance, seasonal transition planning, inventory processes, company programs, door to floor process, supervisory responsibility, scheduling and staffing, communication of company directives, and opening and closing the store.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum of two years' retail experience in a supervisory role, ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, reading, writing, and speaking English, sound judgment, confidentiality, accuracy and attention to detail, organization and prioritization, knowledge of industry terms and processes, effective communication and delegation, and outstanding interpersonal and listening skills.

Physical requirements include lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, pushing and pulling up to 35 pounds, standing for extended periods, bending and twisting frequently, gripping, reaching, and pinching with arms and hands frequently, squatting, kneeling, balancing, and climbing occasionally, working in a constant state of alertness and safe manner, and operating a motor vehicle with a valid state issued license.
