Endeavor Health, the principal academic affiliate of the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, is seeking a fellowship-trained Glaucoma Specialist to join our established and growing Division of Ophthalmology.
This is a unique opportunity to develop a high-volume glaucoma practice within the largest multispecialty ophthalmology group on Chicago's North Shore, supported by a strong internal referral network, modern infrastructure, and a collaborative physician-led environment.
Immediate referral base from comprehensive ophthalmologists, optometrists, and a large integrated primary care network
High-demand service line across a large, insured North Shore patient population
Access to advanced diagnostic and surgical technology across clinic and OR settings
Integrated Epic EMR and streamlined patient access across multiple sites
Academic affiliation with the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine , with opportunities for teaching and professional development

Role: Fellowship-trained Glaucoma Ophthalmologist (Board Certified/Eligible)
Skokie, Gurnee, and Glenbrook Hospital
Schedule: Full-time, 40 clinical hours per week, 46 weeks per year
Physician-led, integrated medical group within a nationally recognized health system
Graduate of an accredited and recognized medical school required
Eligible for medical licensing in the State of Illinois
300,000 - $528,000, based on experience, subspecialty training, and productivity
