Senior IT Product Owner Location: Dublin A major Irish organisation is seeking a Senior IT Product Owner to lead the delivery and evolution of customer facing digital ordering and aggregator platforms. This role will sit at the centre of digital product delivery, managing cross functional teams while working closely with major third party delivery platforms and internal technology stakeholders to drive innovation, prioritisation, and release execution. Responsibilities * Lead cross functional digital delivery teams including BA, QA, and development resources * Own and prioritise the product backlog across multiple digital initiatives * Work closely with external platform partners and internal engineering teams to deliver enhancements and new features * Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology functions to align delivery with strategic objectives * Support digital roadmap planning and long term product strategy * Drive delivery across the full software development lifecycle * Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital technologies * Communicate delivery progress and roadmap updates across the wider organisation * Support implementation, testing, and release activities for digital products Requirements * 7+ years experience within IT and digital delivery environments * 5+ years experience in Product Owner, Product Manager, or Programme Management roles * Strong background delivering digital products at scale * Experience working across Agile software delivery environments * Strong stakeholder management and prioritisation capability * Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills * Experience managing multiple concurrent digital initiatives Package * Hybrid working * Dublin based * Strong long term programme exposure within a major consumer focused environment Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
