Part Time Administrative Assistant Are you a self-starter looking for an exciting opportunity with flexibility? We are a leading precast-concrete manufacturing company and are seeking a self-motivated Admin Person to join our team. Location: Birdhill (3 days per week on-site in Co. Tipperary) Key Responsibilities: Support daily office operations, including schedules, quotes, handling correspondence and maintaining filing systems. Organize and maintain both digital and physical records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, responding to inquiries and directing calls as necessary. Provide administrative support to Management. Work closely with Management to facilitate smooth operations and enhance productivity. The Ideal Candidate: A certificate or diploma in business administration or a related field ora minimum of 5 years experience in an administrative role is preferred. Strong Computer skills, particularly office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping. What We Offer: Competitive salary.
