Youll play a key role in shaping how people understand and use complex products by creating clear, helpful, and accessible content. Your work will directly support both customers and internal teams, enabling smoother experiences and better outcomes. This is an opportunity to deepen your expertise in content development while working on meaningful, visible projects. Youll gain autonomy, cross-functional exposure, and the chance to build content that genuinely helps people succeed. On offer is an initial 12 month contract. In this role, youll strengthen your ability to: Translate complex technical concepts into simple, user-friendly language Develop structured, high-quality knowledge base content Manage multiple projects from concept through to delivery Collaborate effectively across product, design, marketing, and customer-facing teams Supporting product launches with clear, timely documentation Creating and optimizing help center articles Producing troubleshooting guides and how-to resources Developing content that improves customer and support team efficiency Youll gain hands-on experience producing content for both external audiences and internal stakeholders, broadening your communication expertise. This variety gives you strong exposure to different content types and audiences, enhancing your professional versatility.
