Job Requirements
25% travel 1-3 years of HVAC maintenance experience Must reside in the Pheonix metro area Must be punctual - work often starts at 6:00am to beat the heat Majority of work is done outside and on top of roofs of industrial buildings Guaranteed 40 hours / week Ability to work on a team Communication Skills Basic Computer (scheduling software, email, text, and Teams) Autonomous, self-starter, critical-thinker, problem-solver Must hold state driver's license and pass a mandatory background check and drug screening Be able to ascend and descend stairs/ladders in order to access the Peak+ system Be able to carry the necessary equipment to and from the job site (including rooftops) Be able to maintain and track inventory and tools
About Peak+ Peak+ manufactures the Peak+ System, a proprietary aftermarket HVAC retrofit that significantly improves the energy efficiency of air conditioning and refrigeration systems. The company is based in Memphis, TN. The Peak+ System attaches non-invasively to virtually any air-cooled HVAC unit, and using the principle of evaporative cooling, improves efficiency, reduces peak demand, and lowers maintenance costs. Peak+ also provides a performance monitoring system, which enables real-time, cloud-based measurement and verification, controls, and fault detection and diagnostics.
