ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE – THE KNOT WORLDWIDE (TKWW) We are seeking an Account Executive to build, grow, and earn while helping small wedding‑business owners succeed. You will hit monthly sales goals by engaging wedding professionals nationwide using a consultative approach, building rapport, and advising them on industry trends and how to scale their brands with The Knot and WeddingWire advertising platforms.
Responsibilities
Drive Revenue:
Consistently meet and exceed monthly quotas and daily activity expectations.
Manage the Cycle:
Navigate a sales pipeline from initial outreach through closing.
High‑Volume Engagement:
Make a high volume of daily sales calls to connect with decision makers.
Consultative Selling:
Build strong phone rapport to uncover prospect needs and deliver persuasive presentations.
Persistence & Negotiation:
Follow up consistently with potential clients to negotiate and close agreements.
Operational Excellence:
Organize your workday proactively, manage time effectively, and maintain meticulous notes in Salesforce.
Collaborate:
Partner with team members across departments to share best practices and hit collective goals.
Qualifications
Excellent Phone Presence:
Comfortable making high‑volume calls and naturally engaging others.
Goal‑Oriented:
Extremely organized with a proven track record of exceeding performance targets.
Persuasive Communicator:
Confident and enthusiastic when presenting to decision makers.
Competitive Spirit:
Thrive in a fast‑paced environment and bring high energy to every transaction.
Growth Mindset:
Curious, passionate, and eager to learn and evolve.
Bonus Criteria
6+ months of B2B inside sales experience.
Background in media or advertising sales.
Proficiency with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM.
Work Model This role is fully remote. We do not require regular in‑office attendance, but we encourage intentional gatherings for key company and team events to stay connected and engaged.
Compensation & Benefits The annual salary range is $37,000–$53,000, based on factors such as location, education, experience, and skills. Total compensation may include bonus, commission, equity, and other incentives. Eligible employees receive medical, dental, retirement, and generous leave policies.
