We are hiring a
Construction Project Manager
to bring structure, oversight, and accountability to active projects while maintaining our quality standard.
What You’ll Do
Oversee projects from kickoff through completion
Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and vendors
Manage timelines, budgets, and material flow
Ensure signed change orders are secured before work begins
Maintain documentation (photos, updates, progress tracking)
Communicate clearly with clients and set expectations
Identify issues early and solve them before they escal…
Protect the quality standard on every job
You will be responsible for making sure projects do not live in someone’s head. Organization and follow-through matter.
Requirements
Prior construction project management or superintendent experience
Ability to read plans and understand scopes of work
Experience coordinating subcontractors
Strong organizational skills
Clear, direct communication
