Responsibilities
Lead the development of scalable web applications across both frontend and backend
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
Architect and implement system designs that meet project requirements and industry standards
Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements and provide technical guidance
Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability through best practices and code reviews
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum performance
Manage project timelines and deliverables in a remote, distributed team environment
Skills and Requirements
Proven experience as a senior full stack developer, with expertise in both frontend and backend technologies
Strong proficiency in modern frameworks and languages (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, Python, or similar)
Solid understanding of system architecture, RESTful APIs, and database management
Experience working on projects in healthcare or fintech is highly desirable
