This is not a role for someone looking to be an influencer Responsibilities
Oversee a badass group of creators and manage their brand partnerships Manage logistics with the many moving parts of campaigns and talent schedules Negotiate campaign deals and communicate daily with talent, brands, and agencies Build strong relationships with talent, along with brand and agency partners Provide guidance and creative recommendations to talent Stay up-to-date on the latest updates and trends across social media Requirements
5+ years of direct work experience in influencer marketing or ad agency Loves interacting with talent and understands the influencer industry Strong EQ and chameleon communicator ‘Attention to Detail’ should have been your middle name You love a good process Reliable and responsible human being Doesn’t sweat the small stuff, unless in a workout class Delivering ahead of schedule = delivering on time = responsive queen Positive and excited about working in influencer marketing Never uses the word “unfortunately” – there is always a way to find a solution Self‑motivated while working remotely in a collaborative, team environment Must be located and able to work in the United States Must be able to work fully remote with reliable internet Access to a major airport Bonus Points
