Commitment 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
Review, annotate, and validate financial data for AI training purposes.
Apply US GAAP standards to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial information.
Collaborate with AI development teams by providing accounting expertise and detailed feedback.
Utilize ERP systems such as SAP and NetSuite to analyze workflows and best practices.
Audit training datasets to identify inconsistencies and ensure data quality.
Document accounting concepts and scenarios in a clear and structured manner.
Communicate with project stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
Requirements
Strong experience in US accounting within mid-sized or small‑cap organizations.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and hands‑on experience with CPA responsibilities.
Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP and NetSuite.
Strong experience in financial annotation, auditing, and documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
