Die Audi Immobilien Solutions GmbH ist ein auf Real Estate und Servicemanagement spezialisiertes Tochter-Unternehmen der Audi Immogroup. Der Bereich Real Estate Management ist in zwei wesentliche Immobilienmanagementbereiche untergliedert. Im Bau- und Projektmanagement werden Gebäude geplant und errichtet. Im Bereich Facilitymanagement übernehmen wir den technischen Betrieb von Gebäuden. Aufgrund der umfassenden Expertise können Gebäude deshalb von der Planung bis zum Betrieb vollumfänglich betreut werden. Aufgrund unserer Flexibilität sind ebenso einzelne Tätigkeitsabschnitte realisierbar. Ein weiterer großer und bedeutender Fachbereich ist die IT und der Datenschutz. Im Bereich Service Management sind alle zentralen Funktionen angesiedelt, die in der AIS notwendig sind, um das operative Geschäft zu bewerkstelligen. Die Aufgabenschwerpunkte liegen dabei im Personalwesen und Zentralen Regelungsservice, im Rechnungswesen, im Steuerwesen, beim Einkauf & Beschaffung, im Controlling sowie im kaufmännischen Gebäudemanagement (KGM). Wie in allen Bereichen bieten wir kundenorientiert flexible und professionelle Full-Service-Lösungen an.
- Verantwortung für die Kontierung und Verbuchung von Geschäftsvorfällen
- Eigenständige Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB/IFRS
- Erstellung der monatlichen Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung
- Erstellung, Prüfung und Weiterleitung von Ausgangsrechnungen unter Beachtung steuerlicher Vorgaben
- Erarbeitung von praktikablen Lösungen bei der Aufbereitung von bilanziellen und prozessualen Fragestellungen und unterstützen bei bereichsübergreifenden Prozessen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprüfern, Fachbereichen und der Geschäftsführung
- Unterstützung und Mitwirkung bei der Neugestaltung oder Verbesserung von Finanz-, Controllingkonzepten und bei der Erstellung von Konzepten zu Kontenplänen, paralleler Rechnungslegung, Reporting oder internen Kontrollen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Financial Accounting oder Steuerlehre oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter
- Fundiertes Wissen in den HGB- und idealerweise Grundkenntnisse in IFRS-Rechnungslegungsvorschriften
- Einschlägige Praxiserfahrung im Bereich Rechnungswesen / Wirtschaftsprüfung und unternehmerisches Denken
- Erfahrungen im Einsatz von SAP FI/CO (insbesondere S/4HANA) und/oder Konsolidierungssystemen wie SAP-BCS, BW oder Group Reporting etc. von Vorteil
- Zuverlässige, präzise, termingemäße sowie analytische Arbeitsweise und hohe Zahlenaffinität
- Hands-on-Mentalität, Flexibilität, schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie Lernbereitschaft
- Kommunikationsstärke, Loyalität sowie Teamfähigkeit runden Ihr Profil ab
