ABOUT THE POSITION
Are you a highly motivated, data-driven, creative problem solver with a passion for social change? Join FSG’s consulting team to collaborate with clients across a range of sectors who are working to address complex social problems to produce equitable outcomes at scale. Associate Directors work as the “Case Team Leader,” a project manager who sets work streams, communicates with the client, and manages and coaches the members of their project teams. As a small firm, we operate with a generalist model and Associate Directors may be assigned to projects across FSG’s areas of expertise. COMPENSATION
