Company and Position Overview A private equity-backed workforce solutions firm with an established national client portfolio is continuing to invest in growth across multiple divisions. The organization supports enterprise and mid-market clients across construction, manufacturing, energy infrastructure, defense-related projects, and mission-critical workforce initiatives. They are seeking a proven staffing sales professional to drive new revenue generation and deepen relationships within key vertical markets. This role offers strong leadership visibility, operational support from an experienced recruiting team, and the ability to build a high-value territory with meaningful earnings upside. Job Duties Develop new client relationships within targeted skilled trades and industrial sectors Expand and grow existing accounts through strategic upselling and cross-selling Partner closely with recruiting teams to successfully fill self-generated job requisitions Manage full client lifecycle including intake, pricing, delivery coordination, and retention Maintain consistent activity levels to build pipeline and drive predictable revenue growth Serve as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates throughout the placement process Candidate Requirements (Must haves) Currently selling staffing or recruiting services into one or more of the following sectors: light industrial, construction, manufacturing, infrastructure and defense, or marine construction Demonstrated annual production of $250,000+ in Gross Profit / Gross Margin Proven ability to generate new business and expand existing staffing accounts Candidate Preferences (Nice to Have) Transferable book of business within skilled trades or industrial staffing verticals Experience selling into large project-based or enterprise workforce environments Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in helping scale regional market presence
