Salary: $100,000-$115,000 + Benefits

Position Overview We are seeking an ambitious Account Executive (AE) who will have the opportunity to drive meaningful new revenue growth for the company. You'll work within our account‑based sales approach, targeting high‑value Community Health Centers with our comprehensive coverage management solutions. Join a high‑growth company nearing $10M ARR where AEs are more than quota carriers. You’ll collaborate across teams, contribute to how we build and scale, and have the opportunity to grow your role as the company grows. We promote impact and performance, not tenure.
Key Responsibilities
Execute multi‑channel prospecting strategies to targeted accounts
Research and qualify potential accounts based on our segmentation criteria
Conduct initial outreach and discovery conversations
Schedule qualified meetings
Document all activities and account information in Salesforce
Participate in sales training and professional development opportunities
Learn PointCare's products, value propositions, and competitive landscape
Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, actively working 20+ accounts at a time
Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and stakeholder mapping
Deliver tailored demonstrations based on customer requirements
Develop proposals with ROI documentation
Navigate negotiations and secure implementation resources
Maintain accurate Salesforce records
Own the customer lifecycle from prospecting through implementation handoff
Requirements
2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to learn complex products and articulate value propositions
Resilience, coachability, and drive to succeed in a metrics‑driven environment
Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
Expectation to travel 5-10x per year to conferences nationwide
Expectation to travel and attend company gatherings
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with healthcare organizations, particularly community health centers
Knowledge of Medicaid, public health coverage, or healthcare revenue cycle
Familiarity with account‑based selling approaches, and selling to executive panels
Experience using sales engagement platforms
Familiar with MEDDICCC sales methodology; and/or experience with consultative selling
Compensation And Benefits
Competitive base salary with OTE range of $200k+
Commission structure tied to quarterly attainment
Uncapped commission
Opportunity for additional quarterly bonuses based overachieving quarterly quota
