Customer Success & Implementation Manager Role: SMB Customer Success & Implementation Manager (AI-Based Onboarding & Training Platform for Sales Teams)
About Us We are a VC-backed, fast-growing AI company based in California that has an AI-powered platform that revolutionizes sales training and onboarding. We put the success of our customers and people first, delivering that through innovative AI technologies and engaging, cutting‑edge software. Our platform leverages state‑of‑the‑art AI to personalize training based on the unique characteristics of each user, helping high‑growth SaaS companies transform their sales performance. This role will be a founding member of our Customer Success & Implementation Team.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding & Implementation
Help Customers create high quality training content with our platform
Build customer relationships and add value to them
Production Deployment & Adoption
Expansion & Champion Development
Customer Advocacy & Feedback
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS in a Sales or CS role
Basic understanding of sales operations, sales training, and best practices
Proven track record of managing customer relationships and driving successful outcomes
Experience with sales enablement, training, or onboarding tools is a strong plus
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with C-level executives and end users alike
Strong problem-solving abilities with a consultative approach to customer challenges
Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze usage metrics and translate insights into action plans
Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining high-touch relationships
Comfortable learning and explaining AI-powered technologies to non-technical audiences
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), customer success platforms, and Project management/tracking tools.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently without constant oversight
Genuine passion for customer success and helping others achieve their goals
Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities evolve quickly
Collaborative team player who thrives on cross-functional partnerships
