Responsible for meeting safety goals and ensuring a positive safety culture at the company. Communicate and ensure compliance with all regulatory, company, customer, and other applicable policies and laws. Collaborate with the Director of Operations to develop and achieve financial and organizational goals; provide expertise and guidance on operational projects and systems. Present regular performance reports and metrics to the Director of Operations and Finance. Lead and oversee client relationship management and change management initiatives across the division, foster long-term partnerships while guiding teams through transitions with clear communication, strong leadership, and a focus on sustaining engagement, performance, and repeat business. Oversee the development and performance management of direct reports; leverage staffing and reorganization opportunities to support business and succession planning objectives. Ensure the creation and implementation of tactical programs to achieve targeted goals and objectives. Demonstrate advanced problem-solving in a highly complex, fast-paced Industrial environment, rapidly diagnosing issues, navigating ambiguity, and implementing effective data-driven solutions that sustain performance and minimize disruptions Provide and share expertise across all operational activities, including proposals, negotiations, bidding, estimating, contracting, scheduling, job costing, construction management, and problem-solving. Conduct operations-related audits to ensure policies, practices, and standards are consistent, compliant, and aligned with best practices. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging audit insights and performance data to standardize processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and reinforce best practices. Travel to support customers and field team 50-75%. WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN OUR TEAM
10+ years of relevant construction, project management, or leadership experience, including 3 years in a senior professional role. A bachelor's degree or trade certification is preferred. Proven track record in estimating and managing construction, Industrial, or facilities projects valued at $10 million or more. Experience directly supervising, mentoring, and developing employees. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel. Advanced knowledge of estimating, project management, and MS Office programs. Strong understanding of job costing and financial processes. Previous experience as the leader of a business unit or organization preferred.
