Partner with a leading AI startup at the forefront of software engineering agents. Blend mentorship, engineering support, and QA ownership to ensure technical excellence, scalability, and reliability. Play a central role in supporting developers, setting high testing standards, and driving operational improvements in AI-driven systems. Responsibilities
Mentor engineers, helping them navigate complex AI workflows. Collaborate with top researchers and engineers to create operational bandwidth. Own and manage the MCP marketplace with continuous improvement. Design and execute test plans for AI systems focusing on correctness, reliability, and scalability. Identify and resolve bugs through collaboration with engineering and operations teams. Build feedback loops to surface and resolve issues efficiently. Track and analyze QA metrics to drive accountability and performance. Seniority level
