to align with the client’s team. Responsibilities
Support process improvement and ensure smooth execution of daily operations across multiple departments. Manage vendor and partner coordination and communications. Track KPIs and maintain accurate reporting for leadership. Maintain operational documentation and support audits and compliance initiatives. Assist in implementing new processes that improve efficiency and proactively resolve issues through internal and external collaboration. What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of experience in operations, logistics, business administration, or a related field. Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and project management skills. Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with workflow tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Airtable). Analytical mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Experience in e-commerce or logistics preferred. Compensation
