Position Overview
AIRINC seeks a consultative, relationship-driven business development professional who thrives on engaging with global mobility leaders, understanding their challenges, and guiding them to solutions that make their programs more effective. This role focuses on building deep connections, providing value, and positioning AIRINC as the trusted partner of choice for mobility services.
This is not a high-volume, transactional sales role – it’s about influence, expertise, and strategic conversations. The right candidate will bring strong global mobility experience and use it to engage prospects in meaningful discussions, guiding them toward solutions that support their goals. This role combines business development with hands-on consulting, offering opportunities to lead projects and deepen relationships with prospects and existing clients.
If you have a passion for mobility, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a consultative approach to problem-solving, this role offers the chance to shape future mobility programs while driving business growth.
Who You Are

A skilled consultant capable of framing mobility challenges and offering practical, data-driven solutions.
A natural relationship builder who enjoys engaging in meaningful conversations with HR, Rewards, and Mobility leaders.
Experience in consulting, sales, or client relationship management – ideally with a background at a Big 4 firm, Mobility Technology Provider, Mercer, ECA, or similar.
A proactive, self-motivated professional who enjoys individual contributions and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop relationships with prospective clients, positioning AIRINC as a trusted advisor in the mobility space.
Engage prospects with consultative discussions, leveraging industry expertise to address their challenges.
Lead or contribute to select consulting projects that enhance business development opportunities.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, establishing clear prospecting strategies and tracking progress.
Negotiate and close new business, ensuring long-term client success.
Actively participate in industry events, staying ahead of mobility trends and expanding AIRINC’s presence.
Develop and deliver thought leadership content, including speaking engagements, webinars, and written insights.
Engage with prospects through video conferences and in-person meetings, with travel required.
Work closely with the CSO and America’s leadership team to drive sales strategy and meet revenue goals.
Collaborate with Client Engagement teams to help expand existing client relationships.
Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment and drive growth initiatives.
This remote, U.S.-based role is open to candidates from
California, Colorado, Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, and Wisconsin ONLY.
The position offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work directly with our Chief Strategy Officer.
