Role - Customer Success Associate (CSA) Experience: 2-5 Years
Location: Remote
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners / Max 15 Days
Note - No Domestic exp is required only Global exp
Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Associate (CSA) with experience in the SaaS/iPaaS domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing global client relationships, ensuring successful product adoption, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture relationships with
global clients
(USA, UK, Australia, Nordic regions)
Ensure smooth
client onboarding and product adoption
Handle client queries and provide timely resolutions
Work closely with internal teams for
issue resolution and integrations
Assist customers with
SaaS integrations and API-related queries
Track customer interactions and lifecycle using
CRM tools (HubSpot or similar)
Drive
customer retention and satisfaction
Identify opportunities for
upselling and cross-selling
Key Requirements
2-5 years of experience in
Customer Success / Client Success / Account Management
Must have experience in
SaaS or iPaaS domain
Exposure to
international clients (US/UK/Australia/Nordics)
is mandatory
Strong understanding of
SaaS integrations / APIs
Hands-on experience with
CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
Background in
e-commerce domain (Shopify, Magento, etc.)
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
