The Role As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will play a critical role in managing and growing strategic customer relationships. You'll act as the primary technical point of contact, ensuring smooth onboarding, strong adoption, and measurable customer outcomes. This role sits at the heart of the business, bridging customers with product, engineering, and GTM teams.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in offensive security, penetration testing, or AI-powered security technologies, thrives in startup environments, and has deep experience collaborating with sales and customer success teams.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage technical relationships with enterprise customers, ensuring successful adoption of the AI pentesting platform
Lead customers through implementation, onboarding, and ongoing optimisation
Act as a trusted technical advisor, providing best practices and strategic guidance around AI-driven security testing
Partner closely with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and technical requirements
Support renewals and expansion opportunities alongside sales and account teams
Requirements
5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles (e.g. Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer)
Strong knowledge of penetration testing, offensive security, vulnerability management, or AI-powered security technologies
Familiarity with how AI is being applied to automate and enhance security testing workflows
Proven experience working in fast-paced startup or high-growth SaaS environments
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with GTM and technical teams
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
