Develop reporting tools and analytics to automate cash and crypto reporting, cash forecasting and capital tracking; aggregate, report data using SQL, R, Python, etc.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the firm’s operating and investment goals.
Help develop and enhance stress testing regimens to capture and report all financial risks in a timely manner.
Manage the firm’s liquidity to ensure sufficient funds for operational needs and strategic initiatives; optimize capital allocation to support growth.
Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations based on financial analysis and market conditions.
Work closely with business units to support new product development and other strategic initiatives; provide financial insights and guidance to support decision‑making.
Collaborate with engineering and business to develop and augment finance tools.
Lead Treasury infrastructure, being an SME in database, tools, middleware and tech stacks to develop best‑in‑class solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes and emerging financial practices; adapt strategies to maintain competitiveness and compliance.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field required; master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.
Minimum 6+ years of financial management experience within regulated entities, with Treasury and crypto experience preferred.
Proven track record in developing and implementing financial strategies, managing budgets, and optimizing financial performance.
Experience with financial reporting and analysis essential.
Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and experience managing relationships with regulators.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to comprehend complex financial situations and develop effective plans.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, including presenting financial information to senior management and external stakeholders.
Proficiency with financial software and tools such as Excel, ERP systems and financial modeling software.
Curiosity and learning mindset; prior cryptocurrency experience required, with a general desire to learn being a must.
Compensation The base pay for this role is expected to range between $132,000 USD and $178,000 USD for a Senior Analyst level in New York City and San Francisco Bay Area. The role will also be eligible for performance‑linked bonuses, equity, and a competitive benefits package, with actual compensation determined based on location, skillset, experience, qualifications, and hiring level.
