About the Role We have an immediate opening for a Technical Project Manager to step into an active enterprise program on behalf of one of our key clients. This is a high‑visibility role requiring someone who can hit the ground running with minimal ramp‑up time.
What You'll Do
Lead and manage large‑scale enterprise projects end‑to‑end
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource planning
Drive stakeholder communication at executive and business levels
Oversee Oracle Cloud and Oracle Apps implementations/enhancements
Apply Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies as required
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams
Provide regular status updates and reporting to senior leadership
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and business partners
Must Have
US Citizen or Green Card holders (no visa sponsorship)
Available for immediate start
7+ years of Project Management experience on large enterprise projects
Strong experience with Oracle Suites (Oracle Cloud and/or Oracle Apps)
Proven budget management experience
Strong stakeholder management and executive presence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Business‑facing project delivery experience
Minneapolis, MN local (occasional in‑office preferred)
Nice to Have
Financial Aid or Higher Education industry experience
PMP or Agile (CSM/SAFe) certification
Experience in Financial Services or similar regulated industries
