Pay per shift: $48 USD to $51 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job‑related reasons. Supervise nursing care in accordance with rules, regulations & guidelines governing long‑term care. Ensure all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with written policies and procedures established by this organization. Ensure that all nursing personnel comply with procedures set forth by the organization. Assure the implementation of resident care plans. Conduct assessments and develop care plans appropriate for residents admitted to the facility. Communicate pertinent information and interpret facility policies to residents, staff, families, and visitors. Communicate effectively with all disciplines. Keep DON informed of any changes in resident condition. Review, investigate and document all incidents/accidents properly. Requirements
Registered Nurse (LPN or RN) in the State of Massachusetts, preferred. Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long‑Term Care facility preferred. Exceptional critical thinking skills. High level of professionalism and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards. Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for older adults. Education
Associate's or better in Nursing. Experience
3‑4 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long‑Term Care facility. Licenses & Certifications
