Position: Customer Service Representative We are seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent remote position, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (U.S.-compatible time zones required). Daily Duties & Responsibilities
Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email
Provide product information, pricing, and order status updates
Assist customers with order placement and modifications
Coordinate artwork approvals and order confirmations
Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer concerns efficiently
Maintain accurate records in CRM software
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Stay informed about products, promotions, and company processes
Required Education & Experience
Previous customer service experience (B2B preferred)
Experience in the Promotional Products industry is a plus but not required
Minimum two years of customer service experience
Associate degree or higher preferred
Required Skills
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Strong attention to detail (include the answer to 3+3+3 in your application)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Competent typing skills
Strong problem‑solving abilities
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Strong organizational skills
Positive, can‑do attitude
