We’re a small, fast‑moving team looking for a detail‑driven Creative Project Manager to help bring ambitious ideas to life, on time and on point.
Role As a Creative Project Manager at Lyda, you’ll be the link between our creative team and our clients, translating vision into execution. You’ll guide design, video and 3D projects from kickoff to delivery, ensuring clarity, collaboration and outstanding creative results. Your understanding of design lets you speak the team’s language, while your organizational precision and executive‑level communication keep every project moving smoothly.
What you’ll do
Manage projects from kickoff through delivery with precision, accuracy and attention to detail
Serve as the bridge between creative teams and executive‑level clients, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the process
Translate creative briefs into actionable timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resource plans
Anticipate roadblocks, communicate expectations clearly and solve issues before they escalate
Oversee quality control and ensure deliverables meet Lyda standards for craft and clarity
Support production teams by balancing client urgency with a steady, focused workflow
What you’ll bring to the team
3‑5 years of experience managing creative projects within an agency or in‑house design environment
Experience collaborating directly with executive‑level clients, with strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining calm, focus and respect
Background in design or visual communication with a solid understanding of creative workflows
Exceptional attention to detail, organization and follow‑through across all stages of a project
Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset grounded in collaborative optimism
Familiarity with tools such as Monday, Google Drive, SharePoint, Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
Qualifications
3‑5 years managing creative, design or video projects within an agency or in‑house brand team
Background in design, visual communication or related creative field, with the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, editors and producers
Proven experience leading end‑to‑end project lifecycles—from kickoff and concepting through production, review and delivery
Experience working directly with executive‑level stakeholders, particularly in fast‑paced, client‑facing environments
Strong communication and presentation skills, able to translate creative strategy into clear, actionable plans
Highly organized and detail‑oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines with consistency and calm
Proactive, solutions‑focused approach; anticipates challenges and resolves issues before they impact deliveryCollaborative leadership rooted in active listening and trust‑building between client and production teams
Familiar with agency operations including SOW management, client approvals and version control
Experience managing both design and video production workflows (filming, editing, review, delivery)
Working knowledge of tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Monday, Google Drive, SharePoint and Slack
Experience in B2B or fintech environments with comfort navigating complex, multi‑stakeholder projects
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field
A passion for creative storytelling, design thinking and helping brands bring ambitious ideas to life
