8+ years of extensive experience successfully managing and delivering complex IT projects with a track record of meeting project objectives, timelines, and budgets Proven experience in delivering projects using Agile development methodologies, with a deep understanding of Agile frameworks, practices, and tools. Experience in handling large-scale, enterprise-level projects with cross-functional teams and distributed stakeholders. In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, or equivalent, with the ability to tailor approaches to project-specific needs.
