Intalex is partnered with a US-based B2B SaaS company at the intersection of LegalTech and AI, hiring an Account Executive to join a small, high-ownership team as they scale.
This is a complex, consultative sale (not transactional SaaS) with strong inbound + conference lead flow and a structured evaluation/pilot step.
AI platform helping mid-market and enterprise organizations manage high-stakes legal and innovation workflows
Early-stage, high ownership, fast-moving team
Strong inbound + conference lead flow
Multi-stakeholder deals with senior decision makers
Selling to legal leadership and senior business stakeholders (multi-stakeholder deals)
Opportunity to help shape the sales motion as they scale (not a “hamster wheel” role)
$80K–$100K base | $160K–$200K OTE + equity (flexible for the right candidate)
Fully remote (US)
Consultative seller who enjoys complex, nuanced deals
✅ Experience in LegalTech / GRC / Cyber / other stakeholder-heavy B2B software
✅ Comfortable in early-stage environments (independent, builds process)
Warm inbound demand + clear need for more sales capacity
Growth path into Senior AE and vertical ownership over time
