What You’ll Do As a Relationship Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring high client retention and satisfaction while expanding product utilization. You will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, focusing on engagement, retention, and revenue growth. You will:
Ensure net revenue retention exceeds 99%
Effectively manage an assigned book of business, maintaining awareness of client status and trends while providing proactive communication and expectation-setting
Build strong relationships by understanding each client’s objectives, key strategies, leaders, and stakeholders to establish yourself as a credible, trusted advocate
Identify and execute upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to drive revenue growth
Develop and lead strategic partnership reviews for Enterprise and Elite clients
Clearly and proactively communicate with internal client service teams and leadership to ensure service excellence
Demonstrate the value of our partnership and guide clients in navigating the service experience
Ensure a smooth plan year renewal process through coordinated internal and external collaboration
Proactively manage client contract renewals and maintain accountability for timelines
Coordinate timely delivery of information, effective issue resolution, and proactive follow‑up
Maintain a client Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 40 or higher

Must Have
3–5 years of experience as a relationship manager or in a similar client‑facing role
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience in pre‑tax, COBRA, benefits administration, wellness, tuition reimbursement, or other related benefits
Proven ability to lead strategic benefits discussions with clients
Proficiency with relationship management CRMs
Experience facilitating cross‑functional workgroups for process improvement and issue resolution
Ability to upsell and cross‑sell based on client needs
Comfortable discussing and working with technical processes and procedures
Ability to identify and implement process efficiencies for both clients and the organization
Strong problem‑solving skills and initiative in developing solutions before escalation
Ability to analyze consumer needs and develop tailored, innovative solutions
Experience tracking and reporting on client goal progress
Strong multitasking and time management abilities
Empathetic and attentive to customer needs
Meticulous attention to detailPositive attitude with a strong desire to grow and excel each day

Salary Offered $70,000 - $85,000 per year
