We're hiring a
Technical Recruiter
to help us scale a world-class product and engineering organization. This role provides a rare opportunity to shape the early talent foundation at a fast-growing AI company. You’ll partner directly with the founders to run full-cycle recruiting, build pipeline, refine hiring processes, and help us hire exceptional engineers, product talent, and GTM teammates. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love building recruiting engines from scratch, this is for you. Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, product, and GTM roles Source and build strong candidate pipelines across multiple channels Manage candidate experience end-to-end with clear, empathetic communication Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to understand role needs Maintain an organized recruiting pipeline and talent communications Develop and improve interview processes as we scale Represent Overjoy’s culture, mission, and product vision in market Track recruiting metrics and help us set hiring priorities Help build and maintain our employer brand and talent narrative Qualifications
2+ years of experience recruiting technical roles (in-house or agency) Ability to source candidates proactively beyond inbound channels Clear, concise communication skills (written & verbal) Ability to evaluate technical role requirements and align candidates Highly organized and able to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously Bias toward action with comfort working in high-velocity startup environment Experience recruiting in AI or SaaS environments is a plus Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) & CRM workflows Curiosity and empathy — you build trust with candidates quickly Bonus Points
Experience recruiting engineers at early-stage startups Comfortable speaking to engineering concepts and product workflows Passion for e-commerce, CPG, and/or AI systems Experience using Overjoy Seniority level
