Key Responsibilities
Respond to calls related to insurance claims for automotive glass breakage
Assist customers with their questions and concerns using provided scripts and systems
Recommend solutions based on customer needs while maintaining quality standards
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role
Experience with insurance claims or insurance companies is a significant plus
Proficient in English and French (written and spoken)
Comfortable using various computer systems and platforms
Legal work authorization in Canada and resident of the Greater Montreal area
