We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented
Sales Assistant
to support our team in identifying, qualifying, and securing sales meetings with prospective clients in the start-up and technology space. This is a high-impact, part-time opportunity ideal for a consultant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of relationship-building and strategic outreach. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients in target markets (e.g., startups, growing mid-size companies, and hiring managers in need of staffing services). Prospecting Support: Build and maintain curated prospect lists using LinkedIn, job boards, CRM tools, and company databases. Outreach & Follow-Up: Draft and send cold outreach messages via email and LinkedIn, and track responses. Support email campaigns and lead-nurturing sequences. Meeting Scheduling: Coordinate calendars and book meetings on behalf of the team. Confirm attendance and prep call materials. CRM & Pipeline Management: Track all activity in the CRM system, update contact records, and ensure that lead data is accurate and up-to-date. Reporting: Provide weekly activity summaries and progress reports, highlighting leads generated, meetings booked, and engagement insights. Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in
sales support or business development. Tech-savvy and fluent in tools like
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), Google Workspace, and Calendly
. Excellent written communication and research skills. Highly organized with strong follow-through. Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage time independently. Comfortable working on commission or performance-based incentive structures. Work Environment

This is a contract role with a
performance-based compensation structure
comprising a combination of
commission and bonuses
, designed to reward consistent activity and measurable results. On-Target Earnings (OTE):
