About RDMI RDMI Tech Ventures is an AI-first technology company serving clients across India, the US, the UK, the UAE, and Australia. We help businesses adopt AI for automation, customer service, and growth through chatbots, voice AI, workflow automation, and custom AI solutions.
We're scaling our Indian sales operations and need an Inside Sales Executive to handle inbound leads from our paid ads, website, and referrals.
What You'll Do
Respond to inbound leads quickly (within minutes during business hours)
Run discovery calls to understand customer needs
Deliver product demos using our standardized decks and live prototypes
Send proposals and follow up until close
Maintain CRM hygiene daily (HubSpot or similar)
Coordinate with delivery team on proposal customization
Hit weekly call activity and conversion targets
You Must Have
12 years inside sales / inbound sales experience selling to Indian businesses
Closed individual deals worth 50K+
Fluent English + Hindi (or relevant regional language)
Comfort on phone, video calls, and WhatsApp business communication Strong CRM hygiene and follow-up discipline
Coachability you'll improve fast with our scripts and feedback
Bonus If You Have
Experience selling SaaS, IT services, digital marketing, or AI services
Background at companies like Freshworks, Zoho, Razorpay, or similar
Familiarity with Indian SMB buying behaviour
Previous startup experience
