Role & responsibilities Company Overview: Kantaflex India Private Limited is a 38‑year‑old company manufacturing construction related products such as expansion joints for buildings and bridges, bridge bearings, wall protection systems, PVC extrusions and rubber products. The company has completed projects with Metro rails, nuclear power plants, airports, NHAI, Indian railway, and defence projects. It has its head office and three manufacturing plants in Chennai with a marketing presence throughout the country.

About the Role: Responsible for driving sales, expanding the client base, and increasing revenue. The role involves meeting key clients, handling end‑to‑end sales, overseeing operations and closing deals, and leading the team to support business growth.
Job Description
Increasing client base, sales & profit.
Meeting contractors, architects, structural architects, PMCs, government projects, hospitals, airports, and institutes.
Specifying company products with architects, authorities and clients.
Overseeing operations of the product such as planning and execution.
Collecting payments as per company terms.
Coordinating, preparing and launching new products for the assigned market.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Developing strategies and positions by analyzing new venture integration.
Team development.
Preparing and analyzing reports related to enquiry, order booking, sales and payment.
Preferred candidate profile
Good communication, negotiation, multitasking, adaptability, delegation and leadership skills.
Understanding customer requirements and converting opportunities into sales.
Preselling before tenders/enquiries with company specifications.
Experience in building materials with strong networking with clients, architects and construction professionals.
Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
