As a Sales Development Rep (SDR) at Cyara you will be at the forefront of our growth engine, driving outbound prospecting to identify and engage potential clients. Your role is pivotal in aligning our solutions with the needs of enterprises worldwide. Responsibilities
Conduct targeted outbound prospecting to identify and engage potential customers. Use multiple channels (phone, email, social media) to reach prospects. Qualify leads based on established criteria and document relevant prospect information to hand off to the sales team. Participate in sales campaigns and promotions; collaborate with marketing to align outbound efforts with company goals. Communicate the value proposition of Cyara’s products/services; follow up on inbound leads and nurture through the sales funnel. Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular reports on prospecting activities. Work with the sales team to transition qualified leads; provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness. Become part of the sales motion with the team to improve SQL close rates. Stay informed about industry trends, product features, and the competitive landscape; participate in ongoing training. Qualifications / Skills
Highly motivated with a strong desire to work in sales; experience in outbound technical sales is preferred. Not afraid of cold calling and eager for coaching to develop sales skills. Strong communication and storytelling abilities; ability to understand customer pain points and map them to value. Collaborative team player with a respectful demeanor and a team-first attitude. Driven by purpose and results, with flexibility to work outside traditional hours to accommodate international time zones. Compensation
$70,000 - $90,000 a year. This range indicates OTE. Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Why join us
