Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex enterprise technology initiatives, with a focus on cloud migrations, data center transformations, and large‑scale system implementations. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact projects on time and within budget while maintaining alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge, agile methodology expertise, and exceptional stakeholder management skills to ensure successful project delivery in our dynamic technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead enterprise‑scale technology projects from inception to completion, with particular emphasis on cloud migrations, data center consolidations, and system modernization initiatives
Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, resource requirements, timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and quality metrics
Implement and scale Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe across multiple development teams
Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, demos)
Coach teams through agile transformation or maturity improvements
Balance agile delivery with enterprise governance requirements
Oversee implementation of complex information systems, including infrastructure, server deployments, and enterprise software system updates
Manage the full project lifecycle for cloud migration efforts, including application assessment, migration planning, execution, and post‑migration optimization
Understand cloud‑native application architectures and deployment models
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices concepts
Experience with infrastructure‑as‑code and CI/CD pipelines in cloud environments
Working knowledge of cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and their implications for project planning
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science preferred, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of progressive project management experience, with at least 3 years leading enterprise‑scale technology initiatives
Demonstrated experience managing cloud migration projects (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT infrastructure projects
Experience with data center migrations, consolidations, or transformations
Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and migration strategies
Working knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and virtualization
Conduct root‑cause analysis (5 Whys, fishbone, process mapping)
Experience with project portfolio management and resource allocation
Develop and maintain forecasting & predictive project modeling
Certifications: PMP, PMI‑ACP, CSM, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent (at least one required, multiple preferred)
Expert‑level knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and hybrid approaches
Advanced proficiency with Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines)
Expert‑level JIRA administration and workflow configuration

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $80,000 - $110,000 annually and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
