We have a solid base of incredible customers across the US, and now we are looking for an ambitious, high‑energy BDR to help us take it to the next level.
What You’ll Be Doing
High-Quality Outbound Prospecting:
Drive outreach through calls, emails, sequences and social channels to build new pipeline every week.
Lead Qualification:
Understand team needs, assess fit, and hand over well‑qualified opportunities.
Meeting Generation:
Consistently book discovery calls and demos for the sales team.
Pipeline Management:
Keep activity, contact records and pipeline stages organised and up to date in HubSpot.
Campaign Execution:
Support targeted outbound campaigns and contribute ideas to improve messaging, sequences and conversion.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the USA Sales and global team to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment.
Bring your ideas to the table:
Bring innovative ideas to outreach content and process.
What We’re Looking For
A natural people‑person:
You genuinely love talking to people, building new relationships, and getting conversations started.
Not afraid to knock on doors:
You’re proactive, persistent, and comfortable reaching out to coaches, admins, and performance staff (even when they’re hard to get hold of).
Curious and resourceful:
You’ll find a way to connect, whether that’s a phone call, email, DM or a creative angle.
Sales experience:
1‑2 years of sales experience (bonus points if you’ve sports, tech or hardware).
CRM & Process Discipline:
Comfortable managing outreach, tasks and pipeline stages in a CRM (we use HubSpot).
Strong Communicator:
Confident on the phone, clear in writing, and able to build rapport quickly.
Self‑Starter:
Works independently, stays organised, and thrives in a remote environment.
Sports Mindset:
Whether you’ve played, coached or are just obsessed with sports, it helps you connect with our customers.
