Must Have Skills
Strong experience with Salesforce, including expertise with the Versus12 (V12) Enterprise Application Suite
Background in the healthcare industry, with a focus on supporting medical providers
Familiarity with provider credentialing processes (preferred)
Proven track record managing application development teams, including true development (not just configuration)
Strong business-first mindset with the ability to translate business needs into application functionality
Experience leading self-directed teams, managing deliverables and priorities proactively
Expertise with Salesforce integrations across enterprise systems
Responsibilities and Job Details
Lead and manage a hybrid team of developers, business analysts, and QA professionals
Oversee multiple Salesforce-based applications, including one core app, a customized V12 solution, and a new homegrown platform
Act as a delivery leader, driving initiatives without needing close supervision or follow-up
Serve as the application expert, confidently guiding feasibility discussions and knowing when to involve vendors
Collaborate with business leaders to understand processes and ensure application development aligns with goals
Own the roadmap and prioritize enhancements based on business impact
Drive continuous improvement and performance across the development team
Mentor and coach team members to foster long-term growth and success
Proactively identify risks and elevate issues as needed
Ensure scalable and efficient integration between Salesforce and other enterprise systems
Support the organization’s mission to enhance provider operations through technology solutions
Play a key role in sustaining and expanding internal Salesforce capabilities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
